General Information
The airfield houses different types of jets and produces pilots for helicopters in the case of USSR airfields. US airfield contains space for 4 jets, and the USSR one contains space for 2 jets. The USSR airfield can be garrisoned by up to 4 infantry units. Both airfield can provide repairs for helicopters. A destroyed airfield means no place for jets to land, effectively running them out of fuel and causing their destruction in not too long time.

Tips
- An airfield acts like a Helipad, as it can repair helicopters.
- Don't place it near other structures, it's an easy target.
- Always keep your jets flying if they are not damaged or out of ammo. This protects them from being destroyed along with the airfield.
- If your airfield is destroyed, the planes can still land at an allied airfield.
- Protect it from SpecOps especially. It's annoying when you take off your interceptor to counter enemy air assault and it blows up just after getting into air, because it was mined by enemy Spec Ops.
