Description

Each motororized unit in the game uses a certain amount of fuel from the reserve that the player owns, this reserve can increase or decrease depending on some factors. If the amount needed is higher than the current reserve, all units that use fuel (except aircraft which are already in air or vehicles that are stationed in base defences(USSR)) are disabled.

Ways of gathering fuel

There are three basic ways:

Building fuel depots

Each side gets access to the small depot on their first rank. At rank 3 each side gets to build the large depot. It is advisable to leave some space between the depots so that they can't be destroyed at once. Small fuel depots grant 50 fuel units, large depots 100 units.

Capturing civilian fuel depots

There are civilian fuel depots scattered across each map. Because of the high price of the depots, it is essential to capture them in order to train a sizable force. Riflemen and Officers can capture depots. There are small and large variants of the depots as well.

Emergency fuel

This isn't directly a way of gathering fuel, but it is an ability that the player is granted once he reaches Level 2. When used, the player's temporary receives 75 fuel units, but it reduces gradually until it is back to the original amount.
