Description

  • Available at Rank 1 as a general upgrade from the Tank Supplystation.
  • Can engage vehicles, buildings and infantry.
  • Has a long range but a low view sight.
  • High Rate of Fire compared to other vehicles with high efficiency against armour.
  • TOW Missile can deal with any sort of vehicles from afar while the explosive shells fired from its chain gun can deal with both buildings and tanks at close range.
  • Carries up to 6 infantry units.

Usage

  • It can take out most tanks utilizing its TOW ATGM and explosive shells, but don't face tanks directly.
  • Should be used to support other vehicles and infantry.
  • They can shoot at infantry, but that doesn't mean you should use them solely for that purpose.
  • They are vulnerable to Anti-Tank missiles, so keep them behind your infantry.
  • Use to provide support for your infantry.
  • TOW ATGM have a long range, but the M2A1 has a short view sight, so support it with other units.
  • Embark engineers, medics and officers inside it to support surrounding units.

Against Infantry

Reasonable damage.

Against Tanks

Pretty effective since it uses two weapons against them.

Against Buildings

Good at destroying buildings since it has a high rate of fire with its explosive shells. So it's a good idea to bring more than 2 if you plan on destroying buildings or tanks.

How to defend against

  • Anti-Tank missiles can take it out with one or two hits.
  • Anti-Tank Soldier is good for the job, but use them in pairs to disallow the vehicle to fire back.
  • Anti-Tank vehicles like the Humvee TOW and BRDM-2 AT-5 Spandrel can make short work of them, but they are vulnerable at the same time because Bradley also has TOW ATGM.
  • Base defenses and garrisoned structures are a good defense against M2A1s.
  • The T-80UK can deflect its missiles, so use it when you are facing a Bradley.
