- Can be taken down by SAMs and Anti-Air soldiers.
- Can transport up to 12 infantry units or a maximum of 1 vehicle.
- Is the unit responsible of performing the USSR's paradrop
Usage
- The Mi-26 Halo can only drop the units inside it by landing, so make sure the landing zone is clear of enemy units.
- It can take more punch than your average helicopter, but it can still be easily shut down killing all infantry inside it.
- It cannot engage any type of units, so make sure it is accompanied by support.
- Use it to transport your units to the frontline.
- You can also use it to cross over obstacles like water and mountains.
How to defend against
- Since it can't engage, any anti-air unit can take it out with little effort.
- The Anti-Air Soldier can take it out with two missiles, so garrison towns and village to ensure that no drops are being performed around them.
- Anti-Air base defences deal easily with the Mi-26 halo.
