Multiplayer modes

There are various multiplayer modes featured in Cold War Crisis, a player can choose between them by selecting a map with the proper prefix:

Prefixes

[SK] - Skirmish

[AS] - Advanced Skirmish

[CQ] - Conquest

[SC] - Scenario

[CP] - Co-Op

[KotH] - King of the Hill

Day and Night mode

Every map can also be played at day and at night. In the night versions the vision range of the units is decreased by 1/3, making ambushes and surprise attacks easier. Scouting becomes more important at night.
